If you prefer to pay with a money order, please mail your money order no later than the following business day. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your money order within 7 business days, the order will be canceled and the items will be relisted.
SHIPPING RATES & SERVICES
Purchase as much as you'd like and ship first class/parcel post to any destination within the US for only $5.99! Receive free shipping anywhere in the world when purchasing $250 or more of non-sale items. Canada and International orders receive a low discounted shipping and handling rate. ***Only one coupon code can be used at time of purchase (free shipping cannot be combined with any special sales or sale items Adorables offers). We can not be responsible for lost international packages or customs fees collected by your country. Insurance is recommended for all international shipments. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase insurance, please email for a quote and insurance can or will be added to your order. Should an order be especially heavy, an additional shipping charge may apply. Any additional shipping charges will be emailed to the customer for approval before the order is shipped. There is an additional charge for priority and express shipping. Adorables Children’s Boutique ships first class/parcel post, priority, express and air mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and first class/parcel post around the world. All packages shipped within the United States will have delivery confirmation to ensure guaranteed delivery. Next-Day Shipments are also available for an extra charge via Express Mail. We take pride in shipping your order out by the following business day. Orders placed by 5:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Due to expedited shipping, orders can not be canceled after 3 hours of order placement.
Shipping Time Frames
Adorables ships Monday thru Friday (except holidays). Most orders will ship within 2 days of placing the order.
- First Class shipments will take approximately 2-9 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US.
- Priority Shipments will take 2-3 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US. However, we can not guarantee this time frame as USPS does not guarantee it.
- Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive 1-2 days(depending on the shipping destination) after shipping to destinations within the US.
- Canadian orders shipped via international first class generally take 14-20 days to arrive at destination after shipping.
- International orders arrive 10 days to 3 weeks (depending upon the destination of the shipment) after shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Adorables Children’s Boutique strives to provide you with excellent service and merchandise. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase on all full priced items. All returns are subject to the following conditions:
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just place an online order for the items you desire and we will process it promptly. Your account will be credited for the items you are exchanging within 30 days of receipt to Adorables.
- All returns require a return authorization. Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the exchange or return of an item noting the reason for the return. Adorables will then reply with a return authorization and instructions for the return. We will make a note on your account. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return. Insurance is strongly recommended as we can not be responsible for lost packages upon returning an item while in transit to us.
- Once a return authorization is given, items being returned must be shipped back to Adorables within 5 days of receiving the return authorization. After the 5 day window, the return authorization is no longer valid.
- If a package is returned without an authorization, a store credit will be given in the amount of the current sales price minus a 20% restocking fee.
- All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, without the smell of smoke and free of pet hair. Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.
- Items purchased at 60% off or more are considered a final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.
- Sale items purchased at less than 60% off are non-refundable but we will gladly exchange it for a different size of the same item or issue a store credit good toward a future purchase. Any items not purchased at full retail are considered sale items. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be given a store credit at the item's current sales price. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.
- Swimming Suits are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, we can not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Holiday and any formal merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet, silk and satin outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded but we will be happy to give you a store credit for the current selling price of the item being returned.
Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your refund/return credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your refund/return credit.

Please note the following cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged: Original Shipping costs or Special Orders.
We're glad to exchange sale merchandise for size but will assess a re-shipping fee.
We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Bows received free with purchase are not returnable for credit or exchange and must be included with the merchandise being returned.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. As you place your order, these items are reserved for you and taken from our available stock. We then ship them when they arrive in our store. If you wish to only pay 25% of your preorder total, please make a note when you order that you would like to make a 25% deposit and have the remaining amount charged at the time of shipment. We will then charge your credit card 25% of your total when your card is run. If making only a deposit, please DO NOT use a debit card as your bank will hold the funds for the authorized total amount of your purchase as well as put the charge through for the 25% deposit. Your bank will release the authorized funds 24 to 168 hours after the purchase. This is best avoided by choosing to use your regular credit card. Once your order is shipped, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card you give us. If you do not make a note requesting only a deposit at checkout, the full total of your preorder will be charged. Because these items are no longer available for others to purchase, and as our inventory is purchased we re-order available stock, any canceled and/or returned orders/items will be subject to a 20% cancellation & absorption fee. We will do our best to exchange sizes for you, but if unavailable a full in store credit will be issued. Unfortunately, there are times when the manufacturer can not fulfill our complete order. If this is the case, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to you once we hear back from you.
Please note that each designer has their own estimated ship dates. These estimates, as provided by each designer, are noted in the product description. We CANNOT guarantee these dates. As we receive updates from designers, we will update the estimated ship date within the product description. Due to the volume of orders and variety of ship date, unfortunately we cannot notify customers individually when an estimated ship date changes. Please call or email us if you have questions about shipping dates.
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.
If you are interested in an item or a size that is listed as out of stock, please use the "NOTIFY ME" button. If we are able to restock your specific item, you will automatically be sent an email once it is available for purchase.
Adorables Children’s Boutique works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
