Adorables accepts money orders. Please mail your money order no later than the following business day of purchase. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your money order within 7 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded.
SHIPPING RATES & SERVICES
Purchase as much as you'd like and choose First Class shipping to any destination within the Continental US for only $6.99! To receive Free Shipping, the FINAL purchase price must exceed $75! To receive free shipping, you must select "First Class" at checkout. To receive free shipping on International orders, your order must exceed a purchase price of $250 on full priced merchandise.

***We can not be responsible for lost international packages or customs fees collected by your country. Insurance is recommended for all international shipments. If you are an international customer and would like to purchase insurance, please email for a quote and insurance can or will be added to your order.
Large or exceptionally heavy orders might have additional shipping charges added. Customer will be notified prior to additional charges. Customer will be emailed for approval before the order is shipped. Priority and Express shipping options have additional cost. Adorables Children’s Boutique ships first class/parcel post, Priority, Express and air mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and first class/parcel post around the world. All packages shipped within the United States will include delivery confirmation to ensure guaranteed delivery. We take pride in trying to ship orders daily or the next business day. However, please allow 24 hours in case of busy and/or holiday times. Next-Day shipments are also available for an extra charge via Express/Priority Mail. Feel free to call with us with any questions! Due to expedited shipping, orders may not be canceled after 3 hours of order placement.
Shipping Time Frames
Adorables ships Monday thru Friday (except holidays). Most orders will ship within 24 hours of placing the order unless contacted or order includes "Preorder" items. We take pride in trying to ship orders daily or the next business day. However, please do allow 24 hours in case of busy and/or holiday times.
- First Class shipments can take approximately 4-9 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US.
- Priority Shipments typically take 2-3 days from the time of shipment to arrive to destinations within the US but CANNOT be guaranteed! Please choose Express shipping or call with a special request if items are needed by a specific date.
- Express Shipping is guaranteed to arrive 1-2 days (depending on the shipping destination) after shipping to destinations within the US.
- Canadian orders shipped via international first class can take up to 14-20 days to arrive at destination after shipping.
- International orders typically arrive 10 days to 3 weeks (depending upon the destination of the shipment) after shipping.

Orders $300.00 and above=Increases $5 with every additional $100 purchased.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Adorables Children’s Boutique strives to provide you with excellent customer service and quality merchandise. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise returns are subject to the following conditions:
- All merchandise returns require a return authorization. Please send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an exchange or return an item, noting the reason for the return. Adorable's will reply with a RA and instructions for the return. We will make a note on your account of this activity. Please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return for prompt processing. Insurance is strongly recommended as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Once a return authorization is given, items MUST be shipped to us within 5 days of receiving the return authorization. After the 5 day window, the return authorization will no longer be valid.
- If a package is returned without an authorization or outside of the 14 day window, a store credit will be given in the amount of the item's current sales price, and is subject to minus a 20% restocking fee.
- ALL original tags must be attached. Please return the item safely as to protect items from harm while shipping. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit.
- Items purchased at 50% off or more ARE considered "Final Sale" and CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
- Any items NOT purchased at full retail price are considered "Sale Items". "Sale Items" are eligible for STORE CREDIT only. "Sale Items" may be exchanged for a different size or item if available. ***All returned SALE items are subject to approval.
- ***Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount due to customer.
- Please allow up to 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or store credit within this time, feel free to contact us at 877-767-8579.
- SWIMWEAR is non-refundable if original tags/protective liners are removed.
- ***We CANNOT offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
- Special Order items are non refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or item, place a NEW order for these items so they can be put on hold for you. Be sure to write EXCHANGE order under the "Comments" section and we will hold the items for you. Once we receive the return, we will ship out the new exchange items and charge/credit any difference that might be due.
HOLIDAY (seasonal) and formal merchandise are FINAL SALE items as of the date of the holiday. Any "Holiday Wear" returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday will receive full credit for the current selling price.
Orders shipped with our free shipping, will have our standard shipping charge of $6.99 subtracted from the refund/return credit amount. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from the refund/return credit.

Please note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up to a high level of activity and/or heavy washing. Please check the washing instructions and follow these carefully. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been damaged while being worn, shrinkage, or simply did not hold up after worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering!
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Preorders are a great way to reserve the styles and sizes you need on items before they sell out! Once your order is placed, these items are reserved for you and taken out of our available stock. We ship Pre-orders when they arrive in our store and have been paid in full. If you wish to only pay 25% or 50% of your preorder total, please use the code PREORDER25 or PREORDER50 at checkout. This 25% or 50% of the total amount due will be charged to your credit card when the order is processed. Before your order is shipped, the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card used on the deposit unless contacted with a different form of payment. PRE-ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL TO YOU.
Please note that there are occasions when clothing manufacturers are unable to fulfill Adorables's order or may cancel certain items from their seasonal collections. In this case, you will be notified via email and/or phone and a full refund or exchange will be issued.
Please note that each designer has their own estimated ship dates. These estimates, provided by each designer, are noted in our product descriptions. Unfortunately, we CANNOT guarantee these dates. As we receive updates from designers, we will update the estimated ship date within the product description to keep customers up to date. Due to the volume of orders and variety of ship dates, we are unable to notify customers individually when an estimated ship date changes. Please free to call or email us if you have questions about your order!
If you are interested in an item or a size that is listed as out of stock, please click the "NOTIFY ME" button. You will automatically be sent an email if the item is restocked or becomes available. Contact us for special orders or sizes that are not available.

Once you place an order, credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
